    102 Degrees

    This incredible 26 posture sequence is perfect for all students from beginners to expert. The heat allows ones body to remain pain free and helps release tension like a massage while providing a balanced workout. Students will depart with the sensation of having received a rejuvenating deep tissue massage combined with a well-rounded workout, resulting in a light, joyful, and pain-free state, fully prepared to tackle any challenges that come their way!

    Important Notice: Hot yoga is beneficial for beginners as well. The warmth assists in loosening muscles to encourage flexibility while reducing the risk of injury.

    I.B.EXtreme LVL 1 is a groundbreaking fitness fusion combining yoga and strength training, without the typical cardio routines. In this class, weight lifting is seamlessly integrated with yoga principles, with dedicated instructors ensuring precise form and appropriate weight usage. Each movement is intentionally slow and exact, catering to individuals on the path to athletic recovery.

    Our belief is that weight lifting sessions should be as tailored and distinctive as one's yoga journey, rejecting the conventional, standardized gym approach. This approach celebrates personal uniqueness, catering to diverse body types and specific requirements.

    Embark on an exhilarating fitness journey with our Buti-Inspired class, a high-energy workout that fuses dance, plyometrics, cardio, weight lifting, and yoga. Designed for students seeking an intense challenge and the opportunity to push their limits, this class focuses on building both strength and flexibility. Through the incorporation of bilateral movements, it also engages the mind, ensuring a holistic body and mind workout experience.

    Each session is uniquely crafted, promising a stimulating environment that encourages bravery in pushing workout boundaries and cultivating a supportive TRIBE community. With energetic music and intense movements, our students are guaranteed to leave feeling rejuvenated and invigorated, having experienced a workout like no other. Plus, they'll be left eager to discover the latest hot playlist that fueled their empowering session.

  • Nidra, Meditation & Sound Bath

    Non Heated

    Come and be part of a soothing meditation journey! Step into our warm and inviting space and get settled in by selecting some plush pillows on the floor and supported with blankets and bolsters. Our class is crafted to be effortlessly accessible and inclusive for everyone, whether you're just beginning your meditation voyage or you're a seasoned practitioner. Following the session, participants will depart feeling serene and, based on the depth of their meditation, they might even encounter a feeling of illumination. Every meditation session is delightfully unique, and with each visit, you'll notice remarkable progress. This class is perfect for individuals wanting to nurture a sense of tranquility as a formidable asset, as well as those in search of guidance on their route to inner harmony. Be a part of this journey and uncover the incredible outcomes that accompany regular practice!

  • Yin

    Non Heated

    Beginner poses set up for maximum comfort by using props such as bolsters and blankets. Poses are held much longer (between 3 and 5 minutes) to help stretch deeper in the ligaments and fascia. This class is perfect for the student who wants to unwind and get some peace. Students will leave with a séance of peace and mindfulness that can be taken with them throughout their day.

  • Aerial

    Aerial Yoga is fun and unique class that challenges the student to rely a deeper combination of both strength and flexibility as well as improve self confidence and balance. Aerial Yoga is particularly good for those hyperflexible as the fabric can act at a catalyst to help get the student to lift out of their joints. Our classes are beginner friendly, but please remember that you will need enough physical strength to pull yourself up in the hammock and core strength to manipulate yourself while suspended in the air as well as the ability to lift your foot up to 2 1/2 feet high without assistance

    Please arrive 15 minutes early for class, we will not accept late students as we need time to adjust the hammock to the proper height for each student.

    NOTICE- Our Aerial Yoga Silks have a strict weight limit of 198 lbs. Expecting mothers should NOT practice aerial yoga practice until post baby. This class may not be suitable for those with really bad knee issues, who are unable to bend 135 degrees. Participants can NOT have any unhealed, nor contagious skin sores. Thank you for your understanding.

Our classes are inclusive and can be adapted to individual abilities. At Foundations, we celebrate each individual's unique journey, recognizing that it varies for every person. Everyone is encouraged to take water breaks as needed and to be attentive to their body, respecting that everyone's needs fluctuate from day to day.
